You may only return new unused unopened items within 24 hours of delivery of receipt from the shipper and receive a full refund of the hair excluding the cost of shipping. You will receive a refund with 3 to 5 days business days of receipt from the shipper. No refund will be due if the item does not qualify as new, unused, and unopened.
